Cancellation Policy

EEA reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration in advance of course start date.  If course is postponed, we will either apply payment to the next course or provide a refund.

Refunds will be issued if the student cancels according to the following:

  • In excess of 10 working days prior to course start date: 100% refund
  • 5-10 business days prior to course start date: 50% refund
  • If less than 5 business days prior to course start date: NO REFUND

Transfers will be granted if the student notifies EEA as follows:

  • In excess of 10 working days prior to course start date: no transfer fee
  • 5-10 business days prior to course start date: $25 transfer fee for any half or single day refresher class, $50 transfer fee for any multi day initial class.
  • If less than 5 business days prior to course start date: $50 transfer fee for any half or single day refresher class, $100 transfer fee for any multi day initial class.

If a student does not cancel their registration or begins class and is unable to complete, the student is ineligible for a refund and is responsible for full tuition.

If a student does not cancel their registration or begins class and is unable to complete and would like to apply their payment to another class, there will be a $50 surcharge added to your fee for any half or full day refresher class and a $100 surcharge added to your fee for any multi day initial class.

EEA accepts payment in the form of cash, money order, company or personal check and all major credit cards. There will be a $50 fee on any returned checks.
