Training includes the history of asbestos air sample testing\, health effects of asbestos\, identifying asbestos in air samples\, and conducting asbestos air sampling compliant with federal and state regulations. \nUpon passing the course exam\, participants receive certification as an EPA Certified Asbestos Abatement Air Sampling Technician. \nRefresher courses are required to maintain certification.
