DESCRIPTION:40 Hours — This course covers the roles and responsibilities of the Project Monitor including air sampling procedures\, lab analysis methods\, contract/job specifications\, legal liabilities and more. Students will participate in Hands-on Workshops including respiratory protection/PPE\, air sampling strategies\, visual inspections and contracts/specifications/drawings. \nUpon completion of the course\, Students will be able to oversee the scope\, phasing\, timing and abatement methods of any NYS asbestos abatement project.
