Para evitar el riesgo de intoxicación por plomo para usted\, sus seres queridos\, sus mascotas y otras personas\, este curso enseña a quienes realizan renovaciones cómo llevar a cabo los trabajos siguiendo prácticas seguras frente al plomo. \nEste curso de 8 horas es obligatorio para contratistas\, empresas de reformas\, personal de mantenimiento y otras personas que participen en obras de renovación en viviendas e instalaciones frecuentadas por niños construidas antes de 1978. La formación abarca los peligros de la pintura con plomo y las prácticas integrales de renovación segura que cumplen con las normativas vigentes\, incluidas la Regla de Renovación\, Reparación y Pintura de la EPA y la Regla de Vivienda Segura frente al Plomo del HUD. \nAl completar el curso y aprobar el examen\, usted obtiene la certificación de Renovador certificado por la EPA.
