Filling Up Fast/Go Leafs!
Greetings;
Our “Essentials for Healthy Homes Practitioner” course May 15-16 in Buffalo is filling up fast. No wonder, as USEPA is picking up the tuition, with funding to the NYSDOH. Best to call (888 436 8338 ext 125) and reserve a spot before all seats are taken. We’ve got 20 of 24 seats filled already.
Also, we’re headed north to Toronto, May 28-30 & 31 for the asbestos inspector certification and recertification, respectively. Ontario has regulated asbestos as a “designated substance” since the early ‘80s and has revised the regulations in a manner similar to the US Federal standards. The most recent revision, Ontario Regulation 278/05 (O. Reg. 278 /05) came into force November 1, 2007.
EEA has been training consultants and contractors from Ontario and throughout Canada since the Bills were in the Super Bowl (or the Leafs made it past the first round!). We’ve even been to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory!
Regardless of where we do our training, we always make a special effort to incorporate the latest current territorial, provincial, state or federal standards along with best local practices for asbestos inspection and abatement techniques. Going the extra mile, so to speak…
Here’s a few courses in Bflo & Rochester too!
Lead Supervisor, April 29 – May 2, Rochester
Lead Supervisor Refresher, May 2, Buffalo
Asbestos Project Monitor Certification, May 6 – 10, Buffalo
Asbestos Supervisor Recertification, May 7, Rochester
Lead Renovator Certification, May 13, Buffalo
Be well!
