General Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are provided if you notify the Schedule Associates registrar of your cancellation in excess of 10 business days prior to the start of the class. Students whose cancellation requests are received 5-10 business days prior to the start of the session will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee. Students who cancel with less than 5 business days prior to course start date, no refund will be issued. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel or registrants that start the class and are unable to complete are liable for the entire registration fee as well.  However, if you are unable to attend you may send a substitute in your place without penalty. To do this please call and confirm the substitute’s identity with our registrar before class begins. Transfers will be granted if the student notifies EEA as follows:

  • In excess of 10 working days prior to course start date: no transfer fee
  • 5-10 business days prior to course start date: $25 transfer fee for any half or single day refresher class, $50 transfer fee for any multi day initial class.
  • If less than 5 business days prior to course start date: $50 transfer fee for any half or single day refresher class, $100 transfer fee for any multi day initial class.

All courses are subject to cancellation. When a course is cancelled, EEA assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets, lodging or other costs incurred by registrants.
A $50 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Instructor Substitution
In some circumstances it may become necessary to substitute an instructor in place of the originally scheduled project management course instructor. All EEA instructors are experienced project managers and experienced instructors qualified to facilitate EEA’s project management seminars. We reserve the right to substitute instructors as necessary.
