Washington State Adopts RRP

Here’s message from the State of Washington to accredited lead based paint activities trainers.

“Today, March 16, 2011, Governor Christine Gregoire signed a letter seeking EPA authorization to administer the Washington State Administrative Code (WAC365-230) which includes both the LBP Activities and Renovation regulations.

Today, Department of Commerce, Lead-Based Paint Programs is authorized to administer the Renovations rule alongside the Lead-Based Paint Activities rule.”
