LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

Greetings!

Thanks for taking the time to look over our environmental, health and safety certification and training information.

Environmental Education Associates, Inc (EEA) has offered environmental training services since 1989 to a variety of clientele, ranging from professionals employed in the private and public sectors to individuals who may wish to obtain training to secure positions in the expanding environmental and safety industry.

Our specialties include asbestos, hazardous materials, lead, mold, and construction safety awareness, certification and recertification training.

We maintain fully staffed training facilities across New York; in Brooklyn, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse as well as satellite locations in Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester, Binghamton, Utica and Jamestown.  

We can also travel to a client’s location, anywhere in New York or across the continent.  We have presented courses everywhere from Key West to Anchorage and Albuquerque to Idaho.

We now offer a number of courses in Spanish, including the asbestos handler, lead renovator and OSHA 10 hour safety course.

We are a major provider of the EPA Renovator Certification, having trained over 12,000 individuals since obtaining accreditation in Spring 2009.  EEA is one of a select few trainers holding every EPA Renovator accreditation, including the Initial English, Initial Spanish, Refreshers (English & Spanish) and the Initial Lead Sampling Technician.

Our staff comprises the best and brightest in the field. Training coordinator Alisa Raab is always available to assist you if you have questions, concerns, or specific issues associated with program operations. Instructional staff and visiting instructors meet stringent criteria for academic excellence and experience. Our clientele have come to expect course presentation that goes beyond “state of the art.” Staff is expected to give, and our students are expected to get, the most out of each and every presentation, practical exercise or academic experience at EEA.
