Payment and general classroom POLICies

 

Many courses have limited enrollment and fill quickly. Register early to ensure your place in the program.

  • Full payment or provision of company purchase order must be complete no later than 2 full weeks of course start date.  EEA accepts payment in the form of cash, money order, company or personal check and all major credit cards. There will be a $50 fee on any returned checks.
  • The course fees include all necessary classroom reading materials, and certificate of completion (in an electronic format). 
  • EEA reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration (5 attendees or less) in advance of course start date.  If a course is postponed, we will either apply payment to the next course or provide a refund.

 

EEA requires strict compliance with its attendance, lateness and payment policy.

  • Participant understands that participation in this training is a result of his/her own choice and agreement in the registration process. Therefore, it is his/her responsibility to arrive on time for all the required training sessions.
  • ​All students are expected to be on time and to remain in attendance until the end of the training day. It is advisable to be 15 minutes early for the class to process paperwork and payments.
  • ​Excessive lateness, absences and disruptions during class will be grounds for termination from the class with no refund.
