Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Programs (CLPPPs) - The PADOH’s CLPPPs program aims to perform blood lead screenings on children six years and younger, with a focus on high risk children. These tests are made available in 10 locations within Allegheny, Chester, Erie, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties and the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, Chester, Harrisburg and York.
