16 Hours — Safe mold abatement work requires an understanding of health risks and remediation techniques.
This 16-hour course covers air quality, mold health effects, PPE usage, and state-of-the-art remediation techniques. It prepares participants for mold abatement activities.
Upon passing the exam, participants receive certification as Mold Abatement Workers. Refresher courses are required every 2 years to maintain certification.
